2. Hosting and server log data
This website is provided through a technical hosting platform operated by OpenAI. To deliver the website securely and reliably, OpenAI and infrastructure and security providers used by OpenAI, in particular Cloudflare, may process technically required connection data.
This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, data volume, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and request status. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and error-free provision of this website and protection against misuse.
Further information is available in the privacy policies of OpenAI and Cloudflare.
3. Cookies, analytics and tracking
We do not use our own analytics, marketing or tracking services on this website. No embedded social media content, videos or external fonts are loaded. If the hosting and security infrastructure uses technically necessary cookies or similar storage technologies, these are used solely to provide and secure the service.
4. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, contact details, company and the content of your enquiry, to respond and continue our communication.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or contract performance. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in appropriate business communication. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
We currently use Gmail, a Google service, for email communication. Google may process communication and metadata. Further information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Appointment booking through Calendly
Calendly is not embedded on this website. When you click a booking link, you leave our website and are redirected to Calendly. A connection to Calendly is established only at that point.
When you book an appointment, Calendly processes the information you enter, such as your name, email address, appointment details and voluntary messages, to coordinate the meeting. Our processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or contract performance.
The provider is Calendly, LLC, 115 E Main Street, Suite A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA. Calendly may process data in the USA and other countries and identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as transfer mechanisms. Further information is available in Calendly's Privacy Notice.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is shared only with parties and service providers that require it to provide the website, handle your enquiry or arrange an appointment. Due to our registered office in Georgia and the use of providers with offices or infrastructure outside the European Economic Area, data may be processed in third countries.
Where the GDPR applies and no adequacy decision exists, transfers are made, depending on the provider and service, on the basis of suitable safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a recognised data protection framework. Details are available in the providers' privacy notices linked above.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its purpose. General enquiry data is deleted once the enquiry has been completed unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require continued storage. Contract and invoice data is retained for the applicable statutory periods. Technical log data is retained by the hosting and security providers in accordance with their policies.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, email kaisalespilot@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
9. Automated decisions
We do not use solely automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, when you visit this website or contact us.
10. Data security
This website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.
11. Updates to this policy
We update this privacy policy when the website, the services used or legal requirements change.
